How often are lists updated?
Continuously. We remove bad numbers, duplicates and drivers who are no longer looking. That’s why we segment lists into HOT, warm and long-term drivers.
How does your pricing work?
You can either buy one-time lists for specific lanes, or subscribe to ongoing batches of leads every week or month. Pricing depends on volume, level of verification and whether you want HOT or broader lists.
Do you offer refunds if leads are bad?
If a lead is clearly bad data (wrong person, wrong lane, disconnected number), we credit or replace it according to your package. We can’t guarantee hires, but we do stand behind data quality.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long, painful contracts. Most clients start with a smaller test batch, then move to a recurring plan once they see results.
How do we get started?
Simple: fill out the form, tell us your lanes, equipment, min requirements and monthly hiring goals. We review what we already have for your lanes, then come back with a starting package and timeline.
How fast do we get our first leads?
For common lanes and profiles, you can usually get a first batch within a few business days. For more specific or rare profiles, we’ll let you know the realistic timeline before you pay.
How do you deliver the lists?
We send you a structured file (CSV/Excel or Google Sheet) with all the info you need: name, phone, location, experience, lane preferences and notes. If you use a CRM, we can format data to match your fields.
Is this legal and compliant?
Yes. We follow TCPA and basic data protection standards. We do not encourage spam or robo-calls. You are responsible for how your team contacts drivers, but we design our process to support compliant outreach.
Do you sell our data to others?
No. Company data you share with us (hiring goals, contacts, internal notes) is used only to serve you better. We may use aggregated, anonymous insights to improve campaigns, but we don’t resell your internal info.
